The Parc At Trilogy - Altamont

I stay at the hotel that is connected to this restaurant, often for work. I always eat breakfast and sometimes dinner. I always enjoyed the food, but the morning hours have slow service. The evening service was always efficient. Everyone is super friendly here too.

We stopped on the way home from Montreal. I didn’t expect much but food was actually very good. Zucchini pasta was excellent.

Ok restaurant right next to the hotel. Service was good for both dinner and breakfast but not exceptional. I found the prices for dinner to be a little bit on the expensive side. Wide variety of beers, some local, some not, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all worth it if you’re staying in the hotel

Needed a note on my drive and expected to pay more for better quality. I paid fine dining prices for a meal that was less than so. The salad tasted like nothing, the crab cake was disappointing. I ordered the special filet medium rare and received a medium well piece of rubber. If you’re looking for a bad meal this is your spot. The waitress was great on the other hand. She gets the 2nd star.

Definitely not worth the money. My rare steak was served medium well. I had a beer, salad, steak and with tip my bill came to 60 bucks. The steaks I cook at home are better. Avoid. (This is a review of Blu Stone Bistro which google has at the same location, and I ate there only three or four weeks ago)
