If you allow to modify your sandwiches. How about you read the modifications and complete them! Every single time! NEVER AGAIN, this location is marked to NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!
We had the #12 Beach Club and as always it was very tasty. The service is top notch and very welcoming.
Food is fine. It’s the delivery service. I don’t know how this company promotes “freaky fast delivery” when it always takes over an hour for my order to get here when I only live 10 mins away from the nearest store. They also never deliver the drink I order as well and it’s never worth waiting another hour for them to bring back so just get the refund I guess. Calling the store is also a 50/50 in terms of customer service. Sometimes it’s a rude teenager and other times it’s someone who knows what they’re doing. But that’s a small issue, just be warned of the abysmal delivery service!
I just traveled to Chicago from Dallas. I saw Jimmy John's after I rented a car and decided to stop in to get a meal. I walked in and I spoke to a young lady that looked Indian that worked here and she never spoke back. I gave the young lady my order, which I repeated two or three times, and she still didn't get my order correct. She stated she didn't hear me but another young lady that worked there explained to her that she had heard me state my order as well. The young Indian lady seemed as she really didn't care about the customers or the people that she worked with. This young lady should not be working here and should be fired. Her service and attitude was unacceptable especially when I gave her the courtesy that I thought she deserved. I will be contacting the corporate office about this situation.
