Went back in October and opened a complaint and still haven’t heard back from the location. I went in to order pints because I had a tmobile reward but then they didn’t have what I wanted. I asked about packing me one fresh but then they didn’t have the right size container. I asked can you just put the size I want in the bigger container and was told no. I ordered the bigger size and then saw the employee put their gloves on and opened the case to grab the ice cream container. He then proceeded to touch his mask while he was scooping my ice cream. While he was doing this he used the same gloved hand that he used to touch the scooper, the case, the ice cream container and his mask to push the ice cream down in my container. Disgusting. I wont go back would give 0 stars if I could. 3 months and no one addressed my concern or tried to reach out to me.
They 're always out of ice cream flavors. So much for 31 flavors lol. I don 't understand it. They proceed to blame the previous shifts for not having the ice cream available. This is a continuous problem with this location.
Went today and the service has completely changed. Lady wasn't paying attention to what I was saying got everything wrong I had to correct her MANY times. Tried to tell me I wanted something else when I was pointing clearly to what I wanted. Only good thing about it was I got free donuts.
They don't know how to cook bacon but other than that it was fine they are least tried to a second time but the Bacon was still soft after cooking longer. But it's fast food so you get what you pay for
