I would have liked to try it... my wife also decided to do something light because of the heat and ordered alaska sealachsfilet. the second small damper followed when we discovered a side of the slitter distillery on the menu under the motto from the region for the region. the small probierstube with six different spirituoses of the slitter distillery was also offered here as a gift. zitat: ask her gastwirt . we did and unfortunately there was no more! the last probierstube had been sold only three days ago. very bad! well, but we were here to eat, not to buy gifts. the waiting time was not long, but a little bit leisurely, and then the supplemental salads stood before us. mostly freshly dressed with a small cherry as a tasty. we found unusual. with a relatiw ekligen lauwarmen leberknödelsuppe had begun our restaurant reviews in oktober 2013. this was now the first leberknödelsuppe since the event at that time and she was better by lengths! and before all the things she was hot! the soul of my wife was ok, and the vogelsberger drecksack also wounded me. crisper croquettes might have been a little exaggerated it were holding croquettes. the overcrowded scavengers were good and I saw that a potato stew instead of leberknödelsuppe would not have been feasible/creat for me at the best. eating ok, well felt we too. cleanliness was good, apart from empty paper towel dispenser on the damentoilette and the not so doll herrentoilette. This is not barrier-free through the stairs. good is the location, just a few meters from the beginning of the pedestrian zone, and parking can be safely found in the many side streets in the vicinity of the run. or directly at the marketplace. all in all, our visit was ok. if I have smaller starving, and we are randomly in thanfield, then I will definitely try the kartoffel stew. Ich war schon paar Mal im Mainzer Tor mit Freunden und Bekannten und wir wurden nie enttäuscht!! Die Gaststätte bietet eine sehr gute küche für jeden Anlass das Richtige! Es ist bei jedem Wetter einen Besuch wert! Immer wieder gerne
Lage sehr gut, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, saubere Zimmer, günstiger Preis, Gemeinschafts- WC und Bad
Unweit des Alsfelder Marktplatzes an der alten Stadtmauer liegt dieses Restaurant. Feine gutbürgerliche Speisen aus dem Vogelsberg werden hier angeboten. Mit sehr viel Herzlichkeit und Wärme umgibt die Wirtin ihre Gäste. Ein gut gezapftes Bier lädt zum entspannen ein. Wer möchte, kann auch hier sehr preiswert übernachten. Ausreichend Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer nicht das absolut BESONDERE sucht, sondern "nur" preiswert und gut speisen möchte, in einer heimeligen Atmosphäre, der ist in diesem Familienbetrieb bestens aufgehoben.
Zum ersten Mal hier. Super Bedienung und super Essen. Vorallem viel Spaß an der Theke. Wir kommen gern wieder.
