Romano's Macaroni Grill - Alpharetta

We visited on Valentine's Day and the restaurant was quite busy. If you’re looking for a quick experience, it might be best to avoid dining on special occasions. I overheard many patrons threatening to complain to the corporate office, but it's important to recognize that the busy atmosphere isn’t the staff's fault, even with reservations in place. Despite the crowd, we really enjoyed our meals and the service was commendable. The gentleman at the front did a great job managing the flow of guests, and our server was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I appreciate everyone who assisted us! This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we’re glad we tried it.

Wow! I almost decided not to come here because of some reviews. After a long day, all I wanted was some good food. I took the chance and tried Macaroni Grill for the first time. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe it! Thank you, Lisa, for the outstanding customer service and probably the best lasagna I've ever had. I will definitely be back. The food was hot, well-prepared, and the customer service was excellent!
