Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Alpharetta

UNHELPFUL RUDE STAFF! The frozen yogurt was really good, but the check out experience was horrible. Rude staff. Attitude was unhelpful and argumentative. Hasn?t always been like this. Eaten here before with no issues. I think they have new staff.

My kids love this place!! The staff is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure our kids are comfortable and happy!???? Our most recent visit at Menchies was amazing! One of the employees, Lilly, got my kids chalk and stickers and talked to them so kindly, it?s the small things that make this place stand out from other ice cream places

Menchie's is such a wonderful place! They have chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and plenty more flavors of Fro-yo! Tbh I've loved this place since I was a toddler! So please consider giving it a try.

Kids love being able to choose their our flavors and all the toppings. Their açaí bowl is pretty good too. It?s fairly clean and have decent space to eat inside and a few tables to eat outside as well.

The restaurant had a working card machine and allowed me to pay with it. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely return with a bigger group next time!
