Espressos Coffee - Alpharetta

The quality and variety of both the coffee and food are exceptional. The customer service is top-notch. I love the rock 'n' roll decor... I'm definitely on board! Food: 5/5.

I visited the café at 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon, and according to Google, they were supposed to be open. I noticed the barista sitting outside with some friends, and there was a handwritten sign stating that they would close at 3:30. We were relieved to arrive in time. However, as soon as we stepped inside, the barista shouted that they were closed. When I pointed out that it was only 3:15, she responded that she hadn't had any customers all day and had decided to close early. This lack of work ethic and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. Given how we were treated, I would never consider going back, and there were no apologies offered!

Espressos is one of my favorite places to go. Whether it is a cup of coffee with friend, a protein shake, an omelet for breakfast or a salad or sandwich for lunch you can't go wrong and it is delicious every time. The people, service and atmosphere are awesome!Food: 5/5
