Dunkin' - Alpharetta

One of the worst places. No one was available at the drive thru and had to wait 15 mins for my mobile order to be ready. No wonder this place always empty.

Very clean environment. They recently renovated interior. Staffs are friendly and professional. One of the better DD around this area.

Drive-Thru experience I've ever experienced at a dunkin. when we raised, there were two cars in the line (one on the window and one order) we waited for our wake-up packages for over 15 minutes. I wouldn't waste my time going back here to medlock! so much better and faster!

Sent my man this morning with a very simple order, vanilla latte with kokosmilch, a sausage and egg bagel, and hash browns. They gave him a strange drink that was half filled with foam, and there were cheeses over the bagel, in a way where it could not be simply picked up. I can't eat milk and let him say that. hash browns have been scattered all over the bag. it seems trashy and how they don't care about customer service at all.

Wonderful service! Everyone was very nice and helpful.
