Crust - Alpharetta

Wow, I think we've discovered one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in Georgia, and it’s not a chain! The caprese salad was absolutely delicious. The calamari was lightly battered and incredibly tender. I opted for the lentil soup with Italian sausage balls and spinach, and it was simply fabulous. For my main dish, I had chicken, spinach, and goat cheese stuffed ravioli in a white wine cream sauce, and I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. The pasta was light, thin, and tender, and the filling was just right—not heavy or overly thick. After speaking with Chris, one of the managers, we learned that the food is organic and fresh, never frozen, and he even demonstrated how they make their pasta fresh daily. And let's not forget the cheesecake for dessert, which we took home after a delightful first bite—wow! Plus, they give you generous portions, so you'll definitely have leftovers to enjoy. I can't wait to finish mine tomorrow!

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had! It was perfectly complemented by the Crust Spritz and the delightful house salad, making it one of my favorite meals. The staff is always friendly, and the patio has improved even more with the new adjustable sun umbrellas.

We consistently have a wonderful experience at Crust. My husband adores the chicken BBQ pizza, and their meatballs are absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Crust for any occasion.

Love the food but definitely don't go between 6pm and 730pm. Need to get there early or go late otherwise you'll be in line for an hour but the food is definitely worth it bartender makes an amazing old fashioned!

The best gluten free options of any restaurant in the area, including pizza and pasta. It was worth the wait to be seated at a table. Nice bar.
