Chipotle Mexican Grill - Alpharetta

BEWARE! FIND ANOTHER PLACE! JUST RUN.. I wish i can give 0 stars. I have ordered from this place couple of times. The first time, I ordered the chips and bowl. Chips were half baked and were not done properly. The second time, i ordered veggie bowl and found a big piece of steak. This shows the care they really take to cater an order. we had to throw this. WORST EVER CHIPOTLE!

This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. During my first visit, they made mistakes, and I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, it was even worse this time. We ordered and waited an extra 20 minutes past the online pickup time, even though it indicated that the order was "completed." I ordered a steak quesadilla, and as you can see in the picture, there wasn't a single piece of steak in it! My daughter's burrito bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies, but they were missing too. Honestly, if I hadn't spent almost $60 on this meal, I wouldn't be so bothered, but after giving them a second chance, they really dropped the ball. I doubt they care, but I just wanted to make sure others are aware to check that not only is all your food there, but that it’s also what you actually ordered!

The place is very dirty. All the tables and the floor have food all over them. All the drinks taste like water. The service was horrible. It was slow and they ripped the tortilla for both orders. The food came out and went everywhere. It seems like all the workers have no experience. Don?t come to this chipotle!

Absolutely horrible! I worked at this location when I was in high school, and it has been quite some time but we never had the place the way I saw it last night. I don't live in the area any more so I hadn't been to this location in a while and I completely regret making my online order at this location but it happened to be the closest one to me. The place was a mess! There was food all over the counters and food lines, my order wasn't ready until after 10PM when I was told it would be ready at 9:40PM and it was cold! The worst part was that the employees were having mental breakdowns and just screaming at each other in front of customers. I get that it was late but come on have some common sense! It was just ridiculous. I called in today to try to talk to a manager to let them know how the employees were acting in front of customers and who ever I spoke to seemed to not care and said he couldn't give me a refund when I never even asked for one!! I was simply so surprised at how horrible of an experience I had had and wanted to bring it to someones attention! I wished I would have recorded it all but I didn't want to feel awkward recording but my husband did take these pictures.

I've given this restaurant too many chances. They're constantly missing side dishes or ingredients from their menu. Today, I ordered four burrito bowls, but I didn’t receive salsa or lettuce. Instead, I found some leftover corn. To top it off, there was a piece of rock in one of my burrito bowls. How delightful! I won’t be returning to this location again.
