Eat was disgusting and cooked over. at check-out I was charged a thing to find later that my card was charged an extra $22. when reviewing my “check” on open table they switched my register card with another party sitting on the same table after I left. I have a better service through the Scottish location because alpharetta generally has a better service. I see I will try again, buckhead, because this is an absolute no for me. I'll call the place and make a visit if necessary. at this point they give me all my money back because how do they turn someone to the jack after they have already paid?
My reservation was for 8 o'clock, we didn't wait until 9. 45 min for 2 drinks. the food was only carried out by 10 o'clock. it was another party that came at the same time and when we went to 10, the cook just came to serve them! experience was terrible yesterday!
We had a reservation at 5:45 a.m. and showed up at 5:30 a.m. we did not sit up to almost 7 clock despite empty tables in the restaurant. as soon as they were fed, it took another hour, almost before they even started cooking. to round it off, the heat was so high in the building that the guests went and the ones who all stayed had red cheered, the ice melted in our drinks almost immediately. many guests had to cool outside during dinner. that had nothing to do with the hot flat plates because they were not in use at that time. the poor server has a great task under its circumstances, but this place is badly managed. I would recommend 10/10 not to eat in this restaurant. we are finally around 9 o'clock at the arrival around 17.30 o'clock. they don't do it themselves.

The food and Chef were great. We had a reservation at 5:30. We weren’t sat till 6. We didn’t get a chef till 7:15. We had to ask what the hold up was. I assume not enough chefs. The restaurant should have limited reservations. Our server was apologetic after the fact, but it would have been nice to have been updated during our visit. The manager never once came over to speak with us or apologize. If the server and manager had communicated with us more it might have been a better experience. We probably wouldn’t return to this location.
