Auntie Anne's - Alpharetta

One of the workers a hispanic male probably between 18-22 inappropriate asked for my instagram I told him I wasn’t interested in that I had a boyfriend and he said that he didn’t care and it was fine and continued to ask for it again. it was so inappropriate and unprofessional. He did this in front of customers and his other coworkers, and it made me extremely uncomfortable.

Pretzel nuggets were good. Regular salted pretzel was stale and cold. 2 stars mainly for service. Staff is always rude despite customers being kind to them. Very off-putting.

Food is fine, bad service though, employees were childish

This place has bad service,employees scratching their face,standing around and no making the pretzels,they took them 30 minutes for 1 pretzel,after this happened,I was looking the reviews Omg ! Terrible,avoid this store,looks like the manager(Owner) doesn’t care

Walked up and got regular plain pretzel with salt. Paid $6. It was stale and rock hard. Skinny too. Either they are downsizing or quality control is horrible. The workers were sitting on the counter as I walked away. I used to love Auntie Anne’s. No more.
