Place is easy to find, ample parking, comfortable with friendly staff but toilet is a minus. When we came toilet was dirty with footprint marks all over. We went for dimsum only but the taste just Ok... looks like those selling in market packaging frozen dimsum :

The cny food is terrible and super expensive. They have one waitress/waiter per table, all they do is dropped the food on the table without serving. I wonder how they sustain their business.

Nice food. Good prices. the most important, comfortable cool.

Had church Christmas dinner there. Food was food. Ample parking space.

All satisfied, just the waiter attitude need to improve
