The Balcony Alor Setar Restaurant Bar

We came to eat at 8.30 a.m. and wait for 50 minutes. Nothing. then I asked waitress why I informed so long and never about the order so long. the only replie is still a quantity of outstanding order. it is a common curtesy to say whether the order takes more than 40 minutes.

Food are good. Reasonable price. Staffs and waiters are so much friendly. I loved it.

This restaurant is one of the well-known non-halal eateries in Alor Setar. I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter presented me with a list of both local and international beers for lunch. The ambiance is cozy and they also offer outdoor seating. The food quality is good and the presentation is impressive. The prices are on the higher side, with a meal costing around 30-60 per person and signature dishes like steak and Wagyu costing even more. However, the quality justifies the cost. Parking spaces are limited, so be cautious when parking on the street. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the tables which were dirty and sticky. Despite this, the overall dining experience is quite enjoyable when it's not too crowded. The restaurant also has the potential to host parties, which is a great option.

The steak was excellent and worth the price. Make sure to book a table inside with air conditioning. The outdoor seating area also has air conditioning for those who prefer to dine al fresco.

The environment of the restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, the flavors of the dishes did not quite meet our expectations, considering the prices. Some of the dishes we ordered were either too sweet or too sour. The Tom Yum seafood spaghetti did not have a great taste, however, the seafood dishes were delicious.
