I showed her I wanna pay by TNG ewallet even before she key in my items and then she just main tekan cash and keluarkan resit before I even paid. What the hell is that??? I feel humiliated and embarrassed when I had to run from the long line, to my friend yg jauh just bcs I need cash and can't cancel sbb dah keluar resit. Next time, the cashier, Suziani Binti Zainal (as per receipt), pls ask ur customer first their payment method before actually keluarkan resit. Also, I worked at customer service before, I know you could press refund and made a new receipt if u made a mistake.
So slow despite 6 staff there..only 1 person is serving n at the same time serve as a cashier ..i have to wait more than 7 mins. Staf is also rude. Kindly look into this matter!
Empire Sushi Aman Central n Lotus Mergong..ur staff so rude.sulking face,but why? if not interested to work then quit,dont treat ur customer liked our money it not worth it.please take note about this.
Food 4/5 Food was good, really love their sushi Hospitality 0/5 Rude staff! Talk with a loud voice almost like yelled .. Tak senyum... Tak cakap terima kasih .. very very bad service!
Food is good. Cheaper than sushi king and quality is still good
