Mee Abu - Alor Setar

The taste very good, not as normal flavour of Mee Jawa.. but Mee Abu's taste so different.. you also can try Mee Goreng. Located near main road very easy to find. Actually i don't know about this restaurant, but my father in law insisted to visit here. He said 30+ years back he visited this place to enjoy the noodles. He said previously this place near wet market. Now changed to restaurant.

Not to be missed if you are into local food hunt. Their Mee Goreng (Fried Noodle) Mee Rebus (Soup Noodle) are to go for! Have it with you Teh Tarik (Hot Milk Tea) or Teh Ais (Iced Milk Tea) for breakfast or tea time. The restaurant is a humble set up, not fancy or heavy decoration interiory, made you feel like eating in the 70's or 80's The price are reasonable, cheap i must say, but what to expect, everything to eat in Alor Setar are in the same range. Induldge!

Its a delicious plate of mee Abu for such affordable price. But a bit hot because open air space with no fan.

My spouse and I discovered this restaurant while searching for the best kuey teow goreng on our way to the airport. Upon reading numerous positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. We were thoroughly impressed with their top-notch offerings of kuey teow goreng mamak and mee goreng mamak, both of which were served in generous portions. The restaurant itself is spacious, adequately clean, and offers fast service. Additionally, they offer the convenience of cashless payment options, which was especially helpful for us as we do not often carry cash while traveling.

Legend taste..still feel the same. main course and recomended is mee rebus pasemboq mee goreng koteow goreng all above only start at 12pm and above morning session : tosai capati roti canai. last round when i back from hometown, i will tapau this freeze it..when reached at home, im continue put in frezer..on next day, i will defrost and reheat.. suprisely the taste same
