Im as a rider of foodpanda. I want to report about one of your staff which is a manager who is a man, im not sure their name. I was pickup customer order, i take all what the staff put at the counter, then when im on the way to customer house to delivery, the manager was called me then asked me why i not take the water, i said i take all the food, not missed any food, he said he put at the counter, but actually dont have. He just want to blame me. Actually if the order not complete, dont put at the counter first like everyday the staff do. But this time the order not complete, but already put at counter. Then the men said want to report me at foodpanda because i dont take that water. Please do something for your manager. This is so rude!

Came for craving prosperity burger. We are from outside and come here for holiday. Very limited place inside with air-conditioning area, but look like open air concept restaurant. Long queue during peak time and you have to wait for your table.

No greets, i was infront of the restaurant looking at the menu for about 5 minutes and no one greet, i am guessing free sitting like kedai mamak stall, weirdly enough klang valley greet their customers? Food: in what universe around 700pm, you have no more potatoes? And the next day as well still no potatoes either? So i am guessing you banning the food is it? You didn't have the vusa xxhot sauce as well? And weirdly enough it had been to your restaurant 3 times and stil haven't have the sauce? The ambiance, other available menus are OK, but i was disappointed as certain items in the menu are not available on 3 times i was at the restaurant

Very unpleasant dining. Waited a long period of time to be seated when it was not even peak hours. Adding to the problem, the orders are taken outside of the store and expect customers to see menu from the website. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We were seated outside of the restaurant which has no air-conditioning when there is pleanty of seats inside. Came with a disable person and we want to be seated inside so it would be easier for her to move around. Staffs were also be shouting among each other as if its Nasi Kandar here. Never going to dine here again. Please teach your staff some basic customer service.
