Meson La Espuela - Almuñécar

I am glad that the La Granja survived Covid so far. It is a place where we come very often when we’re in Almuñecar. The outside table are not too close to the street and always shady and the service is perfect. The food is what is.typical for the region with a tendency to meat instead of fish. The quality is better than in most places. You get beer from iced glasses what is really nice. I can especially recommend the lunch menu. Dogs and children are welcome.

We've been here a few times now, their coffee is really good, breakfasts look good, we've only had tostados, it's a few cents more than some places, but it's super clean, wiping down tables and chairs in-between customers, inside is really traditional and pretty and the toilets pass my very very clean test! You can get a Platos combinados for €7.95 Inc a drink.. very friendly and lots of locals come in regularly.
