O Bife à parmegiana é incrível, recomendo.

We visit Il Giardino once a year, every time we are in Portugal. The Parmeggiana Steak is a must, size is good and price is about 10EUR. Appetizers are not really worthy. Come early and book up, the place is usually full.

It was a good restaurant, but now it's not. It's sad that I was an ordinary customer the place was nice, not expansive and the staff was nice. Now that they have renovated the restaurant, they are with bad service and they take... hours to give you a table with or without booking. Then they take hours to serve you. I'm sad because I like the food, but the service and the price do not fit. Too bad you lost many old customers and I will never give a good review of il giardino anymore.
