Les Terrasses Du Collet - Allevard

Two-week stay in summer: Positive points out the view that is beautiful and the size of the chalet. On the other hand, the negative points are too many for the price of the advantage. First, communication with the campsite. The website is HS, they rarely answer a small phone. It is impossible to recover the cottage descriptions or even the time of arrivalpractice! The cottage is defiled despite a compulsory cleaning package, thus paid in the invoice. On our surprise arrival, the pool is out of service, so it will stay on the whole stay, commercial gesture 0! Other equipment is broken, broken and dangerous. Small shack broken and slide. The campsite's exteriors are not maintained. Mini discharge at the end of the chalet driveway. To settle everything, they cashed the deposit check and the final check at the same time! 5 months after our stay!!!! What a waste! Unfortunately, I don't give much of the skin of this campsite.

The cottage itself was frankly very well, the location, the equipment, the view nothing to say, the top. However, customer follow after booking... Don't be in a hurry to be reminded, the rental site was hacked. The reserved cottage was not the one we had, but frankly, the overall maintenance of the site is very sorry. Not maintained green space, common space Idem, more pool, we were posted on the eve of our arrival, after several tests we managed to have them on the phone, a skit, like the play air for the attached children. Too bad. the region is frankly top, full of randos to do and for all levels.

We enjoyed our meal in front of a magnificent view of the Belledonne mountains. all staff is super friendly, very good cuisine, a very friendly place

Very good reception, friendly staff and listen. We took a step on site during a trip to roaming rando/trail. The whole team was flexible and careful. I recommend.
