May 2022. overall a good assessment. I would recommend a try. the good: our server, pink, was great. very nice woman and very helpful. her excellent has formed for a few smaller setbacks. eating was good. nothing spectacular but good. great portions. coffee was good. the atmosphere was large and fluctuating. probably good for a nice dinner. the meh: coffee sauces were dirty. the **** marys were not much. almost like tomato juice and wodka. a little on the high side of the pricing of my opinion. .
Friendly staff, nice environment. the food was cooked well, but tasted as if I had made it. I would come back here for drinks and ambiente, but maybe before or after eating.
Admittedly we came with a big party, but they were prepared for us as our party was planned weeks ahead. the entire staff had great attitudes, were very polite, fun and profi the whole time what was definitiw their saving gnade. the drinks were good and that was okay. we didn't get steak knives for our steaks until we were almost finished. my steak and my wife steak, while both asked medium rare, were nowhere near cooking at the same test. Not what I expect for $55 a steak. yes, there was a lot of us and our party was covered by two servers. I don't know where the segregation occurred when a server asked which couples were together, what checked, but when it came time to share the controls after the meal, no one had a clue what was going on. it took an hour to share our scars and his now 11:30 clock. looong after they're being closed. we have not changed or moved seats, so every organized should have been no problem. Maybe a smaller party would have been a better experience, but next time I will recommend another restaurant.
By far one of the WORST breakfast experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Server was very pleasant but overwhelmed clearly inadequate staffing for such a large place there was one server and one chef. I stood at the wait desk for about 5min before the chef yelled from the kitchen she’ll be with you in a moment. A moment turned into a long awkward wait. Obviously service was subpar (understaffed so expected) however I was not offered refills, checked on, and the manager standing 10ft away on a computer and or toppit fe off bar items. Coffee came after about ten mins and with no cream or sugar. I asked for these things and they were never brought. At all. I went and got them myself from another table. Cream I got the from the bar manager which took another 5 to 10mins. The server had a table of 15 and an entire restaurant he should’ve been helping her. I typically don’t complain but wow this was bad. Waited for my breakfast, it was a grease plate. I ordered eggs over medium they were awful. No flipped and way over cooked no soft yolk at all. Bacon was definitely not drained and cooked in old grease. I went to pay and they wouldn’t accept my Apple Card. Literally the physical card. It also declined by banks business card. Outrageous. I am a prominent business owner in the area. My cards are not declining. How embarrassing! It annoyed me that the manager sat at the bar and did not assist. I can’t imagine what that table of 15 is going to go through.
