The restaurant was very pleasant and welcoming. They ensured that our order was perfect by double checking it. The environment was clean and well-maintained.

The staff I doing what they can with what they are given. It's a franchise the food is consistent.

The restaurant was supposed to be open, but the door was closed 15 minutes before 10. When we tried to open the door, the staff inside laughed at us and acted as if it was funny. They seemed ignorant and disrespectful.
