Our waitress sam was very attentive. she has been constantly checking us to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked for our food when the table next to us who ordered us first got the food. that was eating right out. there was an event in the PPL center above the street, so the restaurant and the bars were crowded. service was great and everything came out in a reasonable time. I like to book them in an event night.

Service and eating were good however, any beer that my man ordered that they ran away.

I am frustrated every time we make a reservation they never follow what was selected. for example: I always choose a standard table and every time they want us to sit in a high top. I also make the comment, not sitting directly from the huge screens. with a restaurant quite empty when we sit, they want to put us in one of these tables. I asked last night why they never follow what was chosen? the hostess said: "That would be my manier who did that."

Our server, Janna, was exceptional! I felt bad for her because everything I tried to order, you were out of it. She looked so embarrassed but it’s not her fault your management team doesn’t understand the concept of supply and demand.

Well we had six burgers and one fish taco. One burger was burnt and they didn’t bring it out to we are all done for 20 minutes. Two were ordered medium rare and came back medium well, one ordered mushrooms was told it wasn’t any so give me bacon and they forgot the bacon. One was a beyond burger that was freezing on the inside is not even cooked they gave the bird burger free and brought out another free beyond burger for a couple free wines they try but most had a new cook sad to say but I will not be back
