Rita's Ice Custard Happiness

The restaurant claims to be open until 10 PM, which I can confirm since I've visited at that time before. However, when I arrived at 9:45 PM, an employee saw me approaching the window and proceeded to turn off all the lights without saying a word. They entirely ignored me and retreated to the back instead of acknowledging my presence. It felt rude that they closed 15 minutes early without any communication. At the very least, they could have addressed me instead of letting me stand there unnoticed.

We frequently visit Rita's and have never had any issues! Whether it's for sports events, gatherings, meetups, or just a family night out, it's our top choice. I decided to write a review this time for one specific reason: I'm unable to have sugar. This season, they only have one 'no sugar added' flavor, which is dragon fruit—it's delicious! However, with our regular visits, it can get a bit monotonous. This isn't a complaint, as the location and staff are consistently excellent. I just wish there were more sugar-free and no-sugar-added options available at places like this.

Custard and ICE are fantastic! I really loved the Mango Gelato. My friend ordered a shake and thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

Always good service no matter what day of the week you go and always have what u want.

Came for the cheesecake left with what tasted like vanilla. Staff insisted the two taste identical and let us sample it too. Why have a 'cheesecake ' flavour if its vanilla.
