Although she isn't particularly fond of characters, Mr. Moussa's thoughtful gesture, along with the staff's kindness, was truly heartwarming. It's uncommon these days for staff to go the extra mile for customers in many establishments. As for the food, a huge thank you to everyone in the kitchen! It arrived quickly and was the best meal I've ever had at Red Robin. The presentation was fantastic, and it tasted as good as it looked. I also want to express my gratitude for taking the time to create a smiley face out of pepperoni on my daughter’s pizza, just as she requested. That little touch brought her so much joy. Please keep up the amazing work, staff. Your extra effort was greatly appreciated and truly shone through tonight!

Recently, I ordered takeout with curbside pickup and was pleased to find that the service maintained a high standard, even for takeout meals. We got two simple grilled chicken sandwiches—one wrapped in lettuce—and an appetizer of buffalo boneless chicken wings. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and tender, topped with fresh ingredients, and you could choose between fries or another side, which was fantastic! Our order was perfect and exactly as requested, with special instructions followed, which is refreshing for takeout. The prices are fair and reasonable, and the portion sizes are quite generous and satisfying. All the food was delicious, and there are plenty of options on the menu. I especially liked that you could customize any sandwich by swapping out the protein to fit your dietary preferences. Overall, my meal was very enjoyable. The restaurant has a spacious bar, and all the seating is very comfortable for dining in. The menu is extensive, with a lot of choices, and the desserts looked great too. This restaurant is wonderful—much better than Applebee's, in my opinion. Keep up the great work! I loved it and highly recommend it!

This is a lovely restaurant for casual dining. The waitress, Amal, was excellent! She suggested a drink, and it was amazing! She was attentive and incredibly kind. Overall, I would rate the experience a perfect 10/10, and I will definitely return!

Had a fun and delicious lunch with my grandson before our movie. I really enjoyed my turkey burger and he loved his bacon burger. We shared an awesome choc/van milkshake too. Service was spot on.

My chicken sandwich was not good. It was EXTREMELY salty. I removed the breaded chicken patty and was able to eat what remained of the sandwich. My other 2 guests were able to enjoy their meals, they had different sandwiches. The server was extremely polite and helpful. Service was excellent.
