Przekaż informację zwrotnąI did NOT have a good experience at this Jamba. The manager Karen took orders wrong and then argued with customers refusing to make the correction. When I asked for a refund on my wrong order, I was told no. I was also told I ordered a drink that comes inonly one size (not while ordering but after the drink was made). When I asked for the manager 's name and boss ' phone number, tomake a complaint, Karen told me I can call Jamba using the number on my receipt. I did not receive a receipt and when I askedfor a copy I was threatened to have the police called on me in front of my children. The manager then asked for my name and Igave it to her from my military ID which she tried to take from my hand. The other staff member then said, oh so we 're justsupposed to follow your orders? Besides showing a little respect young man, YES! Isn 't that the way it works?! I ordersomething politely, pay for it graciously and you give it me... I placed a complaint through the Jamba website and expect to becontacted about this. I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service and truly hope all is well with Karen (management)because she was not friendly, unexpectedly rude and outright wrong. I cannot believe that is the normal behavior of what seemsto be an otherwise well liked establishment. I also hope that not too many other customers will have to experience the same. I 'mwilling to mark it up as wrong place/wrong time, but it still shouldn 't have happened.
If you're temporarily closed, please update your Google listing! It’s not that complicated! Please conduct your business like a professional establishment.
My wife and I have been enjoying Jamba Juice for quite some time, but we've noticed that the quality of the products at this location has become inconsistent lately. Additionally, there is a persistent sewer smell every time we visit. They really need to take care of the drains or something.
The bowl I received wasn't thick, and the overall cleanliness of the place was very disappointing. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. None of the staff were wearing masks or gloves, which made me feel uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place, and I would like a refund for the $10 I spent.
Worst experience of my life. Upon entering, a veteran and his family were ahead of us and there was a mistake on the size of a smoothie made by the manager and the situation escalated quickly. instead of trying to resolve the problem , she threatened tocall the cops. There were many disrespectful comments made by the employee, one being, ?didn?t they teach you deescalation inthe service? After this family had left, they began to talk very poorly about this family to the other customers in the store. Ihad an issue with my order as well. I ordered a smoothie bowl but she said she didn?t hear me say bowl and said it was my fault.She hadn?t even started to make mine yet so I don?t understand why she couldn?t have charged me the difference of the two items.Both of the items had the same name. She never offered to resolve the situation in any way and just said next time I need toknow what I want. If i could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!
