From there, things only got worse. The drinks were way too sweet, and the service was subpar. The waiter spoke in a very low voice, making it difficult for us to understand him, and he only came back once to check on us. The food was decent, but not as good as we remembered from our last visit about a year ago. The main issue arose when we noticed that a tip was added to our bill without our knowledge, leading us to pay more than we expected. Given that we were only a party of four, I would not have anticipated an automatic gratuity. The waiter should have recognized that we were unaware of this when he saw that we had already tipped on the previous bill. We only found out about the added tip after receiving the receipt via email, which felt very shady. I attempted to leave both an email and a voicemail with the restaurant about this issue, but unfortunately, neither was responded to. If they reach out to address this problem, I will certainly update this review. For now, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

What we found particularly frustrating was that our table was never cleared of the appetizer and entree dishes; we had to push them to the side ourselves. Even after the server served us an after-dinner cocktail, brought the check, collected the payment, and returned the receipt, the dirty dishes were still sitting on the table! We finished our meal and were out the door in an hour. Hey GreenHouse team! It's time to manage your restaurant better and train your servers to be more attentive to the customer experience. If you do, we’ll be more than happy to spend more on cocktails, wine, and desserts! Your prices deserve better service!

The atmosphere here is incredibly warm and inviting. The bartender offered some excellent recommendations and even introduced me to an appetizer I’d never tried before. The pizza was delicious, although it didn't reheat very well. The drinks were delightful as well.

I was truly impressed with my experience at this restaurant! The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional. We had a food allergy at our table, and Heidi came out to personally whip up a meal from scratch that was perfect. I can honestly say that the entire evening was a solid 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Fantastic place in Allentown! They offer a creative seasonal drink menu featuring unique flavor combinations and excellent spirits. The food menu is impressive, especially the pizzas, which are a highlight. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is wonderful. There's a good-sized parking lot in the back, plus convenient street parking available.
