Dunkin' - Allentown

I had the worst customer service experience at this Dunkin. Three employees took 20 minutes to make just one drink.

The drinks were terrible, with bad attitudes and terrible customer service. The avocado toast was decent, although the effort put in by the person who made it was appreciated.

I only drink decaffeinated coffee, so when they tried to serve me old regular coffee and pass it off as freshly made decaffeinated, I was very disappointed. I had to wait for a freshly made cup and was not satisfied with the service.

The best coffee is in this place, I have tried in other stores and they are disgusting I give them 10 out of 10

Coffee n food is good but it is always jammed packed and takes forever to get your food. NEVER GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU ITS EASY JUST TOGO INSIDE
