Chipotle Mexican Grill - Allentown

The worst chipotle experience I've ever had. the chipotle itself is dirty and looks like a health risk. the workers were rude and uneasy. After a mistake in our order and admit, it was their fault and refund, then the manager went to sweat over us in earshot that we should not order for food if we take care of about 5 dollars not sure what has to do with everything and why they would make such a native comment as manager. absolutely do not recommend this chipotle and will never return.

Absolutely disgusting. not only the pick-up order was missing 1/3 of the order, but it was so badly packed that everything went out. the acidic sawn container had a brown substance and haare therein. there were food scraps everywhere. there were so many people who just stand around and slaughtered without masks. we threw everything in the müll. this whole device is a huge violation of the health code.

If I could give them 0 stars, I will. this unprofessional chipotle and the young they have there to provide customer service are the worst. I place my online order to pick it up today at 20:30 am (2/24/22.) on the app shows that the order was confirmed and if I could pick it up, it was closed. a type opens the door and told me that they closed at 20 o'clock and that I need to get a refund. when I told him that it says on the internet and even on the door that they close at 22 o'clock, he says they can't control it? that doesn't make sense. how the app lets me give up my order? I want my money now.

If I had received a zero point, I would have. replace a job by 50 to pick up 5:10 and when my wife arrives, the order was not ready. then she waited for a connection with someone and when she came to the front, they said that their online orders were closed by 5 o'clock. they told her she could wait again and order the food again, but they could not give us a refund from the mobile order. this is the last time we will ever order from chipotle. we had no good experience with them at this location or locations in florida in the last five years

Had to take back four steak bowls. Rice was not even cooked, and steak was like beef jerky. You would also think the employees are paying out of pocket for the food they put on your plate.
