Cali Burrito - Allentown

The place and the staff are nice, but unfortunately, the burrito was very disappointing. I ordered three of them, and the cheese was cold. I chose chicken and steak, but neither had a good flavor – they tasted quite bad. The rice was severely undercooked, which made me feel like I wasted my hard-earned money. The chips seemed like leftovers and were very difficult to chew. I’m not sure how this restaurant has a rating of 4.7; to me, it’s more like a 1.0. I’m sharing this honest review not to harm the business, but honestly, I’d prefer going to Chipotle over this place.

This is a great spot for burritos! They offer both classic and unique options like falafel and tahini. There are plenty of vegan choices available too. The chips and salsas are delicious, and I really enjoy the salsa bar! The interior has a nice ambiance.

Went here on the first night of the DCI competition. The place was large and had a hip vibe. The food was great with solid vegetarian options. The burritos are very large and served with chips. Salsa is available at a bar and is self serve. They were very fresh and flavorful. The food was a little pricier than I would have expected for burritos but it was worth it. Pricing was likely adjusted because of the DCI competition in town. Vegetarian options: Loved that there were several different vegetarian options. We had the Humbolt which was a more traditional burrito with smoked tofu. One of the other vegetarian options had hummus and would have been very good if we ordered it. You can also customize your burrito the way you want.
