I always have a problem with fried beans everywhere, but not here. Not too salty and large portion sizes. The carne asada is my favorite but I also love the carnitas. It's always a treat to order from here because I know I have chips and salsa left! Make yourself a favor and give this place a try!
We had a very nice attentive server called Jackie... The place is very clean and open! The decor is very unique.love the chairs.. but the chairs are low and high tables make it hard for shorter people to enjoy their meal. it was a bit cold in there. The fans blow up directly on you! One way to leave people is to keep it cold inside where to wear a coat.. My food was O.K. They tried to bring us. their chips were not salty that we liked.. Next time will try another dish.. I would like to eat outside, but a little cool to do that. Next year!! It was pleasant. We're gonna try it again, because it's very clean. but they have to warm it up when it's cold outside. The menu is great for dedicated Mexican food lovers! Something for everyone!
I attended a group party on a Sunday. At first, the waitress was nice and then she became a little irritated as the time went on but that did not stop us from enjoying the food and mariachi band. Now, there may have been 10 people, in the restaurant, besides our party of 24, and when some party goers wanted to order drinks from the bar the waitress kept saying it was very busy. We even tried to order when there was only 3 other people in the restaurant and again we were informed the bar was still busy. We had to pass the bar as we exit and the bartenders were not busy. Now because of the size of our party, 15% was added to the bill. Imagine how much more her tip would have been if she allowed us to order drinks. We would have tipped more than 20%.
We had a terrible experience here! I wouldn't recommend Los Arcos. Staff and managers were completely rude and unprofessional! They have a huge sign outside their building advertisement for $5.99 Margaritas, for Taco Tuesday. The employees and managers said they did not know about the HUGE sign in front and refused to adjust our bill. They were completely rude about the whole situation. I asked our waitress before I ordered if the margaritas were still special for Taco Tuesday, she said yes. When I asked the manager why our waitress confirmed this price, she said I'm sorry, she's new The HUGE sign is literally in front of her building at the door. As the ENTIRE staff of this SIGN has never seen or refused to look at the sign, is beyond me. When we were gone, another customer pulled us aside and said the same was happening to them, but they had adjusted their bill. This seems to be a recurring problem here to overload their customers. We won't be back!! If you decide to eat in this unprofessional facility, please make sure you check your bill and your prices.
Was a good place to eat with the family. The chips and salsa were amazing. The servers and waitress were nice, but they had a little more attention. Nevertheless, my food turned out well, some other people said differently, but everyone liked their drinks.
