Cold Stone Creamery - Allen Park

I dont know why I keep coming here, convenience of location I guess. Online ordering sucks. The past 4 times they didn't start making them until I came to pick them up. Today, and a previous time I have items missing ? I thought placing orders ahead of time would help with time management and accuracy. I understand hiccups occasionally but every visit?UPDATE. Placed an order for cupcakes (already made) 4 hours ahead of time for a friend's birthday. Was givin ice cream sandwiches.

The wait was horrible like 30 min and it was 5 employees there I think the manager was named Lillian and instead of helping a customer to getting everybody out it was one employee basically working and then the Mrg helped a little. Ice cream is one of those things you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for especially when it's five employees working and the other 3 are basically doing nothing.

Requested Banana ice cream with snickers and caramel sauce. Young lady did not chop up the snickers. She just put It in my cup. Since I have braces I couldn’t even chew it. She appeared upset. Not sure why but all other employees were extremely kind and bubbly as they assisted their guest. Not this young lady. Probably won’t be going back. I cannot pay for bad ice cream and horrible service!

Love cold Stone-Everything is the best I get, along with my command for the grandchildren.
