Przekaż informację zwrotnąOrdered food inside. Assuming it was shift change because there was a line of about 5 chic fil a employees behind me ordering food. Every single employee received their order before I did, even though I ordered before them. Terrible customer service and wait time.
Decided to try out the new pimento sandwich and was not disappointed. It’s good. It’s not mind blowing. The jalapeños are so sweet it’s like pickles on it(not a bad thing, but I like heat). The pimento cheese reminds me of the dip/spread as a kid. Haven’t had it in ages. I didn’t get the spicy chicken, just regular. Unfortunately this location forgot to give me a straw and condiments asked for. I think we came during a shift change.
Went there trying to give them another chance. This is possibly the worse Chick-fil-A in the nation. They never get your order right. I asked for their new seasonal chicken sandwich and they just gave me a plain chicken sandwich. Their service is diving down.
It would be nice if they had an actual menu to look at like other fast food restaurants. I didn't know you had to look online for their menu and know what you want when a person walks up to yoyr car to take your order and payment. Not a fan...
This morning I was sitting in the lobby eating my food. It was quite busy after I was done and I heard someone literally screaming and absolutely berating the staff in the back. I asked the staff at the front who that was and they said it was the ambassador DEMARCO screaming at everyone because they weren’t fast enough. I don’t know who in their right mind thinks they can talk to people like that but he needs to be fired. That’s all. Other than that my food was okay.
