Biggby Coffee - Allen Park

This is my favorite Biggby location. All the staff are fun and friendly. They make good food and awesome drinks, and are informative about products if you're not sure what you want.

The cookies taste so nasty, I threw them away all you taste is sugar and doughy batter, unedible, the bagel tasted horrible threw that away as well, the only thing that tasted great was the mocha frozen latte, the girl making them was sweet, their was a guy working with red hair that asked me if I want to pay for the items in my hand I told him I already paid, so he walks off and whispers to the girl making the latte something really rude which I thought to be quite unprofessional, will never come back, so I paid 18.00 for food I threw right into the garbage.

I come here a few times a week. Coffee is always always good and the workers are very kind! This is my favorite location?Kid-friendliness: I bring my 5 year old here for “coffee” dates and coloring.

The only issue I have is sometimes their sugar free drinks taste very artificial.

Great customer service and waiting time wasn't long.
