Wendy's - Allen County

Truly abominable service. Workers were lazy, disrespectful, and stupid. Inside the restaurant was dirty and disgusting.

We used drive thru ordered a tea with sweetener and a strawberry lemonade. Pull to the window (it was open) watch a girl tell the young man you have something in your nose, so he proceeded to dig to china

Charged for a frosty, combo, and sauce we didn’t order and were charged for. Employee said she pushed the wrong button and we wouldn’t be charged but we were. They did refund it but it was a long process and response was rude. Very dirty and outdated building. Food was much worse than other locations fries were especially bad not at all fresh. Corporate should honestly make this location shut down, it reflects poorly on the brand.

30 minutes for food and not hot. Dirtiest place I've seen. Kids talking to each other instead of getting orders

Tried this Wendy's because of bad experiences at the one on the other side of town. It wasn't any better. Burger wasn't even close to fresh. Barely warm and dry. Fries were good. One of my nuggets looked off, and I could tell they had been sitting for a while as well. 15$ for a single, fries, soda, 6 piece. If the quality was there, I would gladly spend it. It's the same at most fast food places. I'm more surprised when I get good food and service.
