Taco Bell - Allen

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and accommodating. They always get my order right, even when I ask for special adjustments like no beans or tomatoes. I have been here many times over the years and they have never made a mistake with my order. Additionally, as a night worker, they are always willing to serve me "regular food" even at 8:00 am on a Sunday without any complaints.

The food is consistently good, but service can be slow when placing a mobile order. I often experience delays of up to 10 minutes when picking up my order.

The wait in the drive-thru line is unacceptable! Wow! 25 minutes in the drive-thru is not acceptable. I couldn't even leave the line. If you value your time, I recommend going to a different drive-thru.

Honestly, we had the best experience tonight at DIESER Taco Bell on Bethany in Allen. We had no long waiting time and everything was perfect and how we ordered it!!! We forgot to ask them to mark the different Burritos because my husband and I got Fiesta Veggie Burritos without cheese and sour cream and our daughter ordered a regular Fiesta Veggie Burrito, but a lot to my surprise when we came home and our order was unpacked the Burritos were marked clearly so that we didn't have to unpack everyone to determine which were!!! Amazing!!! Kudos to the employees who work this Halloween night between 9 am and 10 pm! I see there are a lot of negative reviews here, so I just had to let you know that the staff who worked tonight did an excellent job and should be a pat on the back and more well done for a job!!! Thank you!

Very slow service. Waited about 7-12 mins in DT yet the food was extremely cold!
