Starbucks - Allen

I wish I could give zero stars. Just a bad service. I didn't get my name to call me when my drink was ready. Every time I go there, it's not very important. I feel like this location does not maintain the standard of the Starbucks brand that I have experienced in other shops. Pays 7.00 for cookies and cream Frappuccino. Needless to say, my wife and I were not satisfied with this drink

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap. The employees laughing and goofing around. Took 10 minutes for my drink that tasted like watery milk and not frozen. Do not recommend if you are in a hurry or want tasty coffee

Baristas were nice but for some reason, unlike many other locations, they don't sell oatmeal... I asked for chocolate croissant and they don't have that either so I just ordered a tea and a butter croissant, which they didn't bother to warm up until after I pointed it out to them... Another thing is that usually if Starbucks doesn't have something, it wouldn't be on the display case and in this case, it was so it was also misleading....

They don’t do birthday promotions like other Starbucks. Brought my daughter here to get her birthday drink. Apparently this is a special location that doesn’t follow Starbucks standards.

Worst coffee and service..I’m done with Starbucks!I would rather make it home than wasting money!
