Food, except their speciality pancakes, is good as you expect from any other middle price menu. 5 stars for the service (at 4:30 a.m. on weekdays) and nostalgic memories.
Bad service! I ordered it. I called the number to let her know, my arrival and nobody answered. It was the same greeting over and over. I called a few times. It was faster for me to go in and it wasn't. All employees were loitering in the back and could not get any attention, not to mention was not busy with customers at all. I could just wait and wait. It was just terrible service. This is not the first time service was bad, but my daughter was hungry and asked for IHOP all that I think I will give it another chance. Ah! Not again and surely would not refer to family and friends! No stars of me; but must post at least one star.
Not very busy, food is quite good, but absolutely amazing customer service. Ashley is especially super friendly and accommodating. She ran in the ice-cold cold when I left my card deck inside to return it. All the others work as friendly, I met Ashley the most. I'm going almost every week. 10/10.
Stop working to a bite late night and just a server. I got my good in a timely way, but the family next to me was waiting an hour. The server delivered half of their order and then gave a complete order to a 3 top that sits well after this family. They asked when the rest of their food would come and the server was very dry and not to understand that it was made now. The children with this family began to cry and say how hungry they were, so the family asked once again for food and the server rolled their eyes. The family then went quietly and politely out to which the server declares rudely and loudly in the kitchen “You don’t need to start the children’s meal, they went out” all during the Smirking. She did not offer the family to box what was cooked, she did not offer empathy for the situation and ultimately simply did not care. It was sad to observe this family holiday. I'd better expect the restaurant to be guilty. There was a man in tennis shoes and a sweater who drink the whole time around the kitchen “watching” coffee, not sure whether he was a manager or not, but he also offered no help. Def may need an employee for the late nights to ensure that a great service takes place.
We really like IHOP and this one was really good. We had the griddle combos. My husband and I had French toast with strawberries and bananas. 2 eggs, sausage links and hash browns. The French toast was at least an inch thick and perfectly cooked. The eggs were really good too. They were perfectly cooked with the right amount of salt. The sausage was also cooked well. Sometimes links are slightly burned but these were great. The hash browns were good too. The best thing was the waitress. Her name is Ashley H. She was the only one working the dining area. She seated people. Served drinks, took orders, delivered the food, took the money and bussed the tables. There were a fair number of people there and she kept up with everything and was cheerful while doing it. Our orders were correct and came out hot and fairly quickly. She was awesome.
