Firehouse Subs W Mcdermott Dr - Allen

I really enjoyed my sandwich at this restaurant. I also decided to try the chili for the first time and it was delicious.

I came in today because my name was one of the ones chosen (which never happens anywhere) and even though I made it in a little late (10 minutes to close) I was met with phenomenal customer service!! I typically don't go to places right before close because it's rude but I had just gotten back from Dallas and wanted to get my free sub ?..... anyway, I have an extremely bad allergy to tomatoes and when I tell you they were the most careful I have EVER seen, I mean it! And they were all so sweet and never once did I feel like I was being rushed or a difficult person and that means a lot. I am often met with either disbelief or frustration that s place needs to make special accommodations, but not here. Thank you ladies!!! You made what is typically a really bad day for my family a wonderful day today ??

The food is delicious but can get expensive if you order a large meal.

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Sandwich had special requests and they were done properly. I chose the engineer and it was very tasty.

Always fast and courteous service. Great place to grab a sandwich for lunch!
