UPDATE Sep 2020 Back again. As 1st time customer in last review we got a coupon for free fire-grilled bowl of our choice. So back we came for the freebie and tried the 2-piece breast/wing dinner plate with two sides. We got lots of chicken, see new photos. Plenty for leftovers. We also found new access road to restaurant as we drove up from Plano. Hard to describe how to get to it but its the back (south) road behind the front of all the eat places along Stacy road east of Hwy 75. If you coming from Cabella's or Allen Event center the road starts/end right behind Inside Out Burgers.OooRah! 1st visit to this new location close to home. We got a very good bargain with $5 fire-grilled combo; one each which made for leftovers. See photo of meal and interior.

Consistently great food. Fire grilled chicken and the fresh ingredients are the reason. And the sauces!! Like the creamy cilantro for my favorite, Double Chicken Tostada salad. The rice is awesome. They have Keto options, plates, bowls, $5 deals, family packs and even cater!

I am a Californian where El Pollo Loco started. I was thrilled to see a franchisee opening up a store on Stacy. I love their chicken! I used to eat it with my mother every week, as they cook their chicken in a way that is more healthy than typical Texas fried chicken! No offense intended, I just don't eat fried food! Their combos salads are REALLY good! You can go inside and watch them prepare the chicken on the grill. Everything is fresh and you know what you're getting, unlike many fast food restaurants that just shove a burger in your face! Give it a try… you won't be sorry, I promise!

I had never had El Pollo Loco before but I will definitely be having it again! Food was fresh and tasted great! Loved the chicken it was tender and full of flavor. The coleslaw was delicious and so was the fries. We also had Mac and cheese the kids loved it. Thank you!
