Dawon Korean - Allen

I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy pork bento at Dawon. The food was delicious, and the miso soup and sides were also very good. However, the price of the bento box listed on the flyer was not updated and was actually higher than expected.

Yummy!! We were hesitant when we saw the location but decided to give it a shot and so glad we did!! It was so yummy and the woman at the front was so nice and answered our questions with lots of patience. She checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our food. You also get lots of food! the meal I got was enough to fill me up for dinner and lunch the next day. It was great. Can’t wait to go back. This restaurant serves delicious comfort food. I order takeout from here at least twice a month. The staff, although limited in English, are extremely friendly.

My large family had a great time at this restaurant. The portion sizes were good and there were plenty of options to choose from. We ordered a variety of dishes including chicken bento box, bulgogi bento box, Ramen, udon, two different fried rice, seafood stew and spicy stew. Everything was delicious, but our favorites were the rice and bento boxes as they came with a lot of food. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was also nice. We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The kimchi tasted spoiled, but the bimbimbap hot stone was good. The music was excessively loud and it was uncomfortably warm inside the restaurant. Overall, the food and service both received a rating of 2, while the atmosphere was rated a 1.
