Crumbl Cookies - Allen

I am sure these people understand their business better than I do. Their cookies are good. But my wife refuses to eat any other cookie other than the s'mores. So if they don't have that one, my wife doesn't buy cookies there. And they won't have it for weeks. The problem for them is , my wife always buys six at a time . It seems they miss sales just because they don't have the right cookies.. and it's not like she checks every week to see.

Staff is super friendly and the store is always so clean whenever I visit!! It’s so easy to check online to see when my favorite flavors are back, and using the app makes earning crumbl cash so quick and easy! The cookies are always delicious and exactly how they look in the advertising!!! Crumbl in Allen is the only location that gets it right every time!!! Love! Love! Love crumbl in Allen!!

Just went to Crubl cookie for the first time, and extremely disappointed. Very few of the selections were available for pick up and carry out, none of the popular ones and none of the ones I went to get. The dark chocolate looking one that was suppose to be peanut butter, did not taste like peanut butter at all. No choices of strawberry or raspberry or key lime . Tried 4 that were the only options did not really care for any of them. And the girl who waited on me, spoke so low and mumbling as she looked at the floor when I asked questions, I couldn’t even here her answers, something about some cold some hot and some not available even tho they were on the menu. Won’t be hurrying back. If ever.

They only sell the giant cookies; we were told the small ones were for catering only.

So went a couple of weeks ago for my step son and his graduation celebration. The cookies were a hit. I absolutely love the chocolate chip and peanut butter. Which I tried. They make everything right in the store. The cookies are huge. So I can see why the price is higher. I would definitely go back again. The store fronts and inside are cute.
