Normally I have a good experience here but lately it has gotten worse. Last time I was here I ordered a turkey ciabatta and an energy blast drink. I was the only one in line and my order took 20min, not exaggerating one bit, Pulled in :12 after and left at :32. My drink was wrong and they had to make it again but luckily they had the ingredients still prepared and that time it took only another min. And I don’t like how they hand you the card reader asking for a tip before I get my order. I’m not doing that again because I basically paid more money to wait longer and was late to work.
Absolutely very nice. Made my butter bear iced coffee just perfect! Those maple waffles with bacon only are GRANDE!!
I come here all the time because it’s easy to grab something right before work. The last few times have been pretty questionable tho. Today Michelle took our order over the drive thru and we felt very rushed. She didn’t ask if we “wanted anything else” it was always “is that it” after we said what items we wanted. This isn’t the first time she’s done this and it just seems very unprofessional and seemed like she was annoyed. Also our order was wrong after we asked for no egg on one of our bragels. Jared ended up being the one taking our money at the window and he was super SUPER nice and he made our bragel right and didn’t seem that was an issue and he fixed it. He has great customer service and made our experience there more enjoyable.
Raised prices over 30% overnight. Waited 30 minutes in line for service. Losers. Go somewhere else.
