This store is terrible and embarrassing, the employees do not care about the customer. There were two people before me to order food, I was delayed for more than 15 minutes and no one came from the staff to take the food order. I am very sorry for the owner who trusted these irresponsible employees.
I hate to write bad reviews but this location is horrendous! Not only do they mess up your order, I question how clean the kitchen is. Unfortunately, I was left sick after eating here. The pico de Gallo was disgusting and sour, my pozole was old and you could tell nothing was fresh. I ordered through the app, went to pick up my food and it still wasn?t ready 20 minutes later. This location needs to to be inspected by the health department and employees need proper training. Never again!
3:30 on Wed. Ordered our food and received cups for our drinks. Ice machine was empty so we had to walk back to counter to get ice. They were aware of it, and then took our cups and got ice from the back. Watched another customer receive an empty cup. If you?re aware the machine is empty or broken, ask your guests if they want ice and give it to them with the cup. Walked through restaurant looking for a clean table to sit . 1/2 the tables were filthy. Ordered double chicken salad. The meat was very dry. Staff laughing and cutting up. Handicap parking not available for cars, only vans. Against law to park regular car in a van spot. Won?t be back!
This El Pollo Loco location has THE BEST General Manager/customer service! Always very polite and helpful! Working so hard to make sure his customers are happy! Thank you, Angelo!
