Chili's Grill - Aliso Viejo

Came tonight with my wife and 12 year old, as I 've done on numerous occasions before. Had the Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown, wilted, and slimy. My wife won 't even order drinks here anymore because the cups are always dirty. My wife 's side of fries came out soggy on a small side plate, not the usual basket because they got rid of those. Still, whatever, we came for a quick snack before the movies and the same server who spent the entire meal looking as though he hated his entire existence literally followed us out of the restaurant from the back exit to shout Are you gonna pay for your meal? Like um, young sir, had you had half this amount of energy while serving us that you did chasing us, ONLY to see it processing on your tablet. Is this your normal practice? Following folks to their vehicle for a $43 bill THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID?! We 've always paid using the table tablet and have never had an issue. Your food and service was subpar with 90% of the employees looking like they 'd rather be anywhere but here. Is it really getting that bad? Have you had recent dine and dashes? Because else wise what the actual heck? Do better. I live right across the street and can say this was the last straw. Will not be returning.

Good food and I got some for leftovers let's gooooo!!! The chips and salsa are always a highlight of my trips to chili's and I really enjoyed them however we got many small chips that we couldn't eat. Good thing we got refills for it. Salsa is really good.

The Bacon Rancher cheeseburger is delicious. Salty, fatty, juicy, and very filling. A worthy decadence!

We go to chili's at least twice a week.. This is the worst chiles I have ever been to.....The service was absolutely horrible. The food wasn't much better... What cracks me up.. We are in South Orange county.Unacceptable..
