Carl's Jr. - Aliso Viejo

I've had several experiences where parts of my order were missing. The patty was cold and had a spongy texture, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a week and then drenched in salt.

Ok so since when does Carl's Jrs not sale biscuits and gravy ?? I'm extremely disappointed ????????????

The food at Carl's Jr often compensates for the times when the service isn't great.

When I got home and opened the large bag, I discovered that it only contained one order of onion rings, despite having paid for three. It seems she took my $10 and pocketed the difference while making a joke of it. I plan to file a police report for theft and fraud, as well as a complaint with corporate. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing!

If there was more stars then this location deserves more stars! Balbino his staff are so friendly welcoming. The food was some of the best Carl's JR I've had. This is my location if im in the mood for Carl's JR in the future. Thank you for yourkindness Balbino.
