Rollies Bbq County Store - Alice

This last week a dear friend invited me to eat here iv has never been there, I ordered the 3 meats, comes with brisket discs ribs and sasuge and patato salt and beans. or can order corn, coldslaw. somehow it was a great stuff. the ribs were very tasteful and briset beautiful and juicy and delicate. Oh, and this sweet tea was the bomb I had only three refills... wait till Thursday night, they have the fall night. You will enjoy this place....

Great place to eat, Nice and clean Rollie bowl was delicious... owners and family are wonderful and very friendly..... can't wait to go back . Wish they were more places like that around be the area . Great mariachi music and nice cold drinks .

Rollie is so nice. I had a chopped bbq sandwich and a pork rib. It was so good! When your in Alice you need to stop by open Thursday 11-10pm Friday 11-8pm, and they cater!

Little hole in the wall has a lot of character and flavor. Talk about small local business, it doesn't get much more home grown than this little bbq joint.
