Meson Los Curros - Alicante

An excellent Spanish restaurant with traditional high quality meals and friendly and personal service. We were with friends who desired to have a meal in a typical Spanish restaurant. We had a lunch time meal with three courses and enjoyed every bit of it. From the starters with jamon serrano (air dried ham) and Cheese, toasted bread with tomato sauce and aioli and a great salad for starters. The main courses were filet steak on the coal grill, chicken on the coal grill and sea bass on the hot plate, accompanied with a gorgonzola sauce to die for. As desert we had a selection of deserts to share around. The good things are everything is freshly made, including some of the desserts, but most of all is the warm welcome and desire to make people at home. A recommended place for a main meal any time
