Looks nice but seems they don't have air con which is quite bad in summer. Also, the drinks took ages, I waited for mine literally half an hour and everyone who came after me got theirs before me. The guy behind the bar didn't feel the need to explain himself either, he just laughed. Won't be going back.
El refugio is one of the small places that have brought art to our city. they are especially known for their poetic jam on Friday, but they keep events in most nights. Look who you like! the owner is very nice and tostas are delicious (they have to wait one, but I will be worth it and vegetarian-friendly:
