Starbucks - Alhambra

Well in the morning I just wanna pick up my order and the girl said “it’s not yours don’t touch it”. Looks like I am going to steal it ??.Okay how am I supposed to know my drinks and the bread are not putting together????So rude and impolite by the

Received bad service. Stood in front of the register while only one employee was making drinks. No one acknowledged us. They took a long time to take our order and took even longer making it. They had an employee leave for the day at 8pm when they close at 9pm. Will not be coming here anymore.

This Starbucks is really clean. The ambiance is great. There are a lot of older men playing chess inside and outside. The drinks are delicious, but every Starbucks has the same delicious food and drinks. The service is awful. And unfriendly. The cashier Miguel looked like he wanted to do anything else but answer our question or be there. He was so stone cold that if he didn't blink I would have thought he was a statue. The employees need training in effective customer service.

Wait for more than one hour and can’t not get my drink! Waste time!

One of the dirtiest restrooms I’ve seen. No toilet paper, no soap and urine all over the floor. The fact that the department of health allows this Starbucks to still make drinks and handle food is amazing……Hope this review helps in some way but I doubt it…..
